What it does

Keep each client’s details and history together, and plan a course such as “upper lip, 10 to 12 sessions” with progress session by session.
Charting that keeps up with you
Record the modality, device settings, time spent, skin reaction and SOAP notes for every area treated, on a tablet between clients or at a desk.
Intake, consent and contraindication forms
Have clients complete and sign your forms on a tablet in the practice, and keep every signed form with their record.

Completed charts are locked and corrected with dated addenda, every view and change is recorded, and a client’s full record can be exported.
